Im trying to find out what British army regiments fought in Burma that were from Lancashire.My uncle Jack Harrison lived in the Heysham Village/Morecambe/Lancaster part of North Lancashire and I am trying to find out what regiment(s) he could have enlisted in from that area.I know my uncle fought in Burma.Can anyone help me please.Im trying to put together a framed memorial for him and need to know his regiment or at least narrow down the possibilities. Any help greatly appreciated.
