I wonder if anyone remembers my grandad, his name was Jack Leo Marvin and he served in Burma with the Royal Artillery. He came from Hastings East Sussex and was married to Phyllis. I have some of his things from then including some photos but we have recently moved and i cant put my hand on them. Jack worked for the Hastings Council after the war but sadly passed away in 1975 i think. he didnt talk much about those days and i wonder if anyone could remember what he was like then. I only knew him as grandad but i would loved to have known him more.I know he was a member of The Burma Star Association and i now have his medals. Many thanks Mark.
