I saw that you posted what are snorks called in other languages, and I noticed there wasn't any hebrew one.
so if you want to know, snorks in hebrew were called zarboovim(זרבובים). and the characters were - allstar=zarbooban
casey=zaboobat
daffnie=zarboodafna
dimmy=zarboobarnash
junior=zarboobatlan
occy=noony
tooter=kooshkoosh
and the opening theme was also different
