Here is what I remember. A barrel containing what we call in Indiana (and the USA) hazmat fell off a barge and began leaking red fluid. It caused whoever was hit by it to laugh uncontrollably. Allstar, Casey, and Tooter went to find the can and get rid of it -- however, thanks to Junior Wetworth (who also was hit by a red bubble), the can was destroyed after it fell into a lava pit.
This gave Dimmy a great idea -- he decided to use Junior Wetworth as a part of his comic gig -- too bad Junior Wetworth could not feel the same way!
