Raymond S. Shaw, US Navy, Philippines, CASU 9 - Anyone remember him?
My uncle, Raymond S. Shaw, served in the Philippines in the Naval CASU 9 Squadron fixing PB4Y-1 planes 11/44-2/45. Does anyone remember him? He was from Savannah, Georgia and passed away in 1986. My husband is writing a book for the family about Uncle Raymond's experiences. We are using his military records from the Dept. of Military Affairs and a box of pictures he left behind, which included several pictures of men he served with.
