Have you thought about looking for independent artists? There are lots of talented people selling their work online now. I got some really unique pieces for my place that way and it's nice knowing I'm supporting actual artists

I was in the same situation last year when I moved into my new place. I ended up getting some really cool print art from independent artists. The prices were actually reasonable, especially compared to gallery stuff, and the quality was much better than the mass-produced posters I used to buy. They had all different styles too - abstract, photography, illustrations. What kind of style are you looking for? I can recommend some specific artists if you have something particular in mind
