I have three lavender plants that were bought for me last year. They all thrived and quadrupled in sized during last summer. I didn't prune them in the autumn and am wondering if I should have done (I've read your page on the care of lavender). Now they have no signs of green; they're still big (2.5ft)and bushy, but it's all dry and grey twigs and dead leaves. What should I do to rescue them? Two are in a raised bed, the third is a bit different as it's on a long stem (about 2-3ft) with the leaves (dead) sitting in a cluster at the top - this third one is in a pot. They were wonderful plants last year.....have I lost them?
