Sorry to hear about this year's lack of success. Most veg appreciate a pH between 6 to 7. A pH of 3 is definitely a major, major problem. Even a pH of 5 is something of a problem for most vegetables, being too acidic. The soil / compost you used for the raised bed must have been a bit dodgy? Dave
