Update on late planted Romana potatoes... Now just over a 14" high and starting to earth up. Soil to earth up with has also been fed with potash and left over tomatoe food.. Came back from holiday to find catapillars have eaten all the leaves off my horseraddish plant !!! must taste good. I think all i need from my garden now for the christmas dinner is a turkey.. hmmmm i wonder if she will notice if i slip it in the bottom of the aviery
