Your spuds are OK sprouted. Its a little early to plant your spuds, late March should be OK so long as the soil is not too wet. Plant the spuds on an eggtray for now and keep them in the light until ready to plant. Plant them with the sprouts pointing up, and keep well earthed up when green shows above ground. Its very important to ensure the frost doesnt get to the sprouted spuds, so cover them up if their is a frost. I hope this helps.
