I doubt that was David Bowie. By 1975 he had completely changed his look from what he looked like on that 1972 Ziggy album cover. Gone was the red shag and makeup. Even though his hair was blonde on that cover, he later dyed it red/orange, and shaved off his eyebrows and grew it longer for the 72-73 Ziggy tours. He did look awesome, although a little feminine, to say the least. But, again, by 1975 that was all gone.
