No change in a Hound’s Name, number, or breeding shall be permitted after cast on the first day.
A fee of $1 per dog entered in the field trial, and $1 a dog for the One Day HOY (One Day HOY is optional, it is up to each individual field trial if they choice to do this) A minimum of $50 and a maximum of $250 is due within 30 days after the last day of running of said Field Trial. 80% of fee shall go towards the Winners Circle Awards, 20% goes to the AFHA Corporation. Grade AA Field Trials shall pay $2 a dog. You must run an ad in the Hunter’s Horn 30 days prior to your event, for this field trial to be eligible for Winners Circle Points.
You have 90 days to get your results to The Hunter’s Horn in order for a champion to be recognized by the ”SFSB”
