We lost another great man and hunter. Poe Currin of Creedmoor passed away yesterday at 85 years of age. Poe was one of the Co Founders of the Tar River Pen when it opened in 1990.

Funeral will be on Sunday at Landmark Church Creedmoor NC at 3 oclock. Visitation will be from 1 to 3.

This is sad news.

I've spent many an hour and ate many a breakfast with Poe during his active days at Tar River.
