From what Richard told us the property has been sold and a negotiation to buy out the remaining 5 yrs of his lease is in the works. However, Richard told us he has not signed anything and once he does, he will have 90 days to vacate.
I think a more appropriate question is, if no deal has been struck and 90 days is there once the deal is struck, why did we have to move the set dates of the SC State?
That is a question I would hope all concerned fox hunters in SC would be asking?
Brian I talked to Richard this week at USO. If a deal is made and paper signed today he would have 90 days to have game trapped and fence down. That's why state was moved just in case.
