Last year's hunt was a real good one and we hope to make this year's event better.
The 16th running of this hunt will be taking place on October 7th & 8th at Caskeys Big Rock pen.
The number of entries will need to be limited somewhat, and we will have a cut list for the final day again. When the details are ironed out I will post them.
We'll make more posts as all the sponsors and times are finalized and the hunt gets a little closer, but we have been getting calls for information, so we thought we could answer some questions.
Run 2 five hour days - Friday & Saturday.
This hunt is for Any dog born Jan 1, 2015 and Younger.
The hunt will be ran under Masters GTP scoring , using the 10 minute times.
It will count for the Leaderboard program.
The bench show will be Friday, after the first days running.
Tommy McLamb will be our Master of Hounds.
Davis Hallman will be our bench show judge.
We will have experienced judges that will cover the hounds in this facility, and I'm sure it is going to be a meltdown.

* We are trying to run this hunt on as level a playing field as possible in all aspects. We understand no matter what the outcome of any hunt anymore, some folks don't seem to be happy unless there is some sort of turmoil and talk. This hunt is for dogs of a very competitive age and there are 10 spots to fill. It will take a very good one to get their name called, and there will be very good ones who don't get their names called. If you have a good one - we invite you to bring it. If you cannot deal with not placing , and feel like you must bad mouth the hunt, hunters, or judges - we invite you to just stay home.
