I had a dog that had a litter of puppies 9 weeks ago and looked at one of their eyes and its swollen and barely open and also swollen on top of them like on top of his head . Then I went down there tonight and another puppy had one eye rolled back in her head . What could this be any help would be greatly appreciated .
