Going into Richlands on 258 from Jacksonville I saw a pack of dogs going across the back of the big soybean fields right before you get into Richlands on the left. 6 to 8 walkers. Most of them looked Tri-color. Dogs would not come to me across the field. If you or someone you know may have dogs out in that area that is where they are. They went across the field heading towards Richlands.
