We have a lot of luck with Banjo Bread dogs and crosses off them dogs. White dog wise Broke Rite 30 Dog is throwing some deer running machines. A lot of breeding can run a deer but running a deer anit the same as driving a deer.
All and all I believe it would be more in how they are broke and ran and not so much on the breed use the breeding to get attributes Color, Mouth, Speed, Edurance, ETC... Then train to your game you desire to run. Just my opinion and mine alone.
