Had the same problem. First make sure you have a micro SD card and put it in the appropriate slot under the battery. Once you have downloaded the areas you wanted on the base camp, you should have each area named. These areas should show up on the lower left hand corner of your basecamp screen. Right click on the area and click on (send to) then click on your memory card and hit okay. It may take 3 or 4 minutes to dowload each area to the card. You should be good after that.
