FIRST thing to do is use your name or the post gets DELETED!!
Now, get some opthamalic ointment and put it in the eye daily for about 5 days. If the eye has some damage from a cut or something in it, the ointment should help!
If the hound has truly lost sight in the eye, I doubt you can restore it. Consult a vet on that part.
