Have a dog, hasn't been ran since November, outside of ear has no hair and has some sores on it, doesn't seem to bother, but need to take care of it, any ideas?

Try Nu-Stock. It has a lot of Piney Oil and phosphorous in it. I've used it on numerous skin irritations and so far it has not let me down yet. Rub it on for 3 days in a row and be sure to wear gloves (you'll smell it for days if you don't). It is some yellow, pasty looking stuff.
