We are trying to download Birds eye view for an Astro 320. We keep getting an error message that says that the file is too large for the device...the device is brand new! If anyone can help us, we would appreciate it! Merry Christmas!

Try to download smaller size areas. When the box turn s red move the sides in to adjust the size, it will take longer but should work.

As said adjust the size of the area; also the quality. The high Def setting creates a HUGE file.

It sounds like you are putting it direct on to the GPS, I personally would suggest buying a micro SD card and loading the map onto it. You are limited to the internal memory on the GPS but with the card you can go up to a 32GB.

Yes, we had the GPS plugged in to the computer. I bought an 8GB micro card to use. I will try that :)
