Willie if you call garming and tell them what you have they will fix them or exchange them

They will tell you to disconect to the battary then if that doesn't work they will most likely send you new collars if they are still under warranty. To take the battary out just take the plate off of the inside of the collar and you will see the wires with a white connector. Just unplug that connector. hope this helps . I just had to do this because mine wouldn't power on
