    Farm Bureau-hear me out

I have not cancelled my policy yet, here is why and what we need to do. We should not have to loose a good agent and good service because of the leadership playing favors for NCWC. What we need is new FB leadership-hear me out. If we all leave, we have no power with them, we already see how much power they have. I emailed Larry Wooten, and asked for the meeting minutes and the voting when they decided to push 374. He did not respond. That tells me something right there. Everyone, and I mean everyone needs to email him, copy your agent, and ask for the meeting minutes and the voting to back The Landowner Protection Act. Do it today. He needs to see this from 100 policy and expolicy holders today! We need people on their board to back us in the future-not the NCWC. Firing them is not the answer-replacing the leadership and every hunter on here taking a policy with them is. They have the power if you have not noticed. So, today email larry.wooten@ncfbins.com tell him you want a copy of the meeting minutes and voting on the backing of Land Owner Protection 374 Bill. Lets find out who voted for what and take it from there. Put the power behind us in the future, not against us. Think before you react!

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

thanks ive been searching his e-mail address all morning ...

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

BULLS--T THE BEST WAY TO GET SOMEONE THINKING IS MESS WITH THERE POCKET BOOKS. I DONT KNOW ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE BUT IN THESE ECONOMIC TIMES I NEED ALL THE BUSINESS I CAN GET.AND I DO SEE YOUR POINT ALSO BUT I JUST CANNOT SEE PAYING A BUSINESS THAT IS A MAJOR PUSH ON DOING AWAY WITH SOMETHING THAT IS SO DEAR TO ALL OF US. I WILL NOT BACK ANY ORGANIZATION THAT IS GOING TO PULL FOR THIS BILL.THIS WILL ONLY BE THE START OF MORE THINGS TO COME.

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

Shorty is right IMO about this....this stands true from hunt clubs & wal-mart to gas & politics. The best way for the average working man to get real change is to hit'em where it does the most damage. IN HIS WALLET!! $$ MONEY $$ ALWAYS BRINGS A GUN TO A KNIFE FIGHT!! Good luck-

    John Foster

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

I agree...take the $$$ out of their pockets that they are paying these lobbyists with. If they wake up next week and see 100's of policies canceled they will get the message LOUD & CLEAR!!! I've gone with another company and SAVED $$$

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

I disagree, thanks for hearing me out. I still think it is short sited to aleast think about what I said. We have all treatened or left them and they didn't pull support of this bill, so what did that get you. I feel the same way, fellows, and ain't nobody on here love dropping hounds on a deer more than me (people on here that know me can tell you). Heck, my buddy and myself just bought another mans entire deer pack out Monday-that puts us around 35 deer beagles, all running-not fox pen dogs. If you don't think I bleed hounds load up or shut up. Just think if we had some dog people on the FB board, remove the people who voted fpr this, who would have the big stick then. We are driving a powerhouse away from us, not smart in my book. I am just an old country boy who has hunted deer with dogs for 30 years, what do I know. Just humor me and email the guy and ask for those minutes and voting. What could it hurt? larry.wooten@ncfbins.com

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

YEAH BOYS IF NOTHING ELSE PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL MR WOOTON ABOUT THIS. BUT WHAT I WILL SAY IS WHAT I HAVE HEARED THIS STARTED WITH PROBLEMS HE WAS HAVING ON HIS OWN PROPERTY AND NOW HE IS USING THE NCFB AS A VEHICLE FOR HIS OWN AGENDA, DONT KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE BUT THATS WHAT I HEARED. IF SO THAT IS EVEN WORST. JUST WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE HEARED THE SAME

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

i e-mailed larry last week and told em that i have been a member all of my adult life and i made a point to tell em that i could have changed to cheaper insurance a long time ago but stayed because they were good to work with, i was going to wait and c wat happened but i did not get a response back and i guess they are not backing down plus insurance companies are a dime a dozen so screw em.

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

also if u dont get a response from larry go to ncfbins.com and click on contact us and voice your complaint it wil ask for a policy # so if u have already switched just use your old # no telling if anyone else from farm bureau is aware of the e-mails that larry is getting

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

GUYS I HAVE HEARD FROM SEVERAL AND I HAVE HEARD IT FROM LARRY WOOTEN HIMSELF SAY THAT IF THEY LOST EVERY CUSTOMER THEY ARE STILL STICKING TO THERE POLICY THEY HAVE SINCE 1991. TOLD MY SEN. MEREDITH THAT FARM BUREAU WAS PUSHING THIS BILL 374 BECAUSE MAJOR OF 602 PEOPLE AT THERE DEC. MEETING VOTED FOR THIS. SENATOR TOLD ME SINCE WHEN DID 602 PEOPLE SPEAK FOR 9 MILLION IN NC. AMEN!

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

ALSO BOYS THE EMAIL THAT I GOT THE NCSPORTING DOG ASSOC. NEGOTIATED WITH THE WRC AND FARM BUREAU TO CHANGE SOME OF THIS BILL. BUT I SAY THE BILL NEEDS TO GO AWAY ALL TOGETHER IF POSSIBLE. DONT KNOW IF ANYONE HAS CONTACTED THE NCSPDOG ASSOC. ON THIS OR NOT I HAVE EMAILED THEM IN THE PAST ON OTHER ISSUES WITH NO RESPONSE. LIKE I SAID IT NEEDS TO GO AWAY ALL TOGETHER. CONTACT EVERY POLITICAL FIGURE YOU KNOW NOW. THIS THING IS GOING THRU VERY QUICK.

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

I have emailed Larry a total of 5 times, all 5 very polite and to the point. I have not recieved ONE single reply from him. Has anyone else got a return email from him???

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

    sent 2 havnt heard anything

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

    sent 5 havnt heard anything

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

    nope nothing

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

    Nothing for me either

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

He may not be responding to our emails and calls, I bet he is getting an earful from the agents and districts as the policies continue to drop. He may not need the money but the people inside Farm Bureau that do care about the bottom line can remove him if he becomes to big of a liability to the company.

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

EMAILS DONT REALLY COUNT FOR MUCH IN THE REAL WORLD.
IF A MANS GONNA LIE ABOUT SOMETHING , I WANNA HEAR IT FROM HIS MOUTH TO MY FACE. CAUSE I WONT EVER FORGET IT. AND WOULDNT EVER LET HIM FORGET IT. ESPECIALLY IF HES SUPPOSED TO BE WORKING FOR ME.
THAT GOES FOR THIS GUY AND THE REPERSENTATIVES AND SENATORS INVOLVED. UNLESS THIS GUY IS THE TOP BOSS THEN HES GOT A BOSS TO ANSWER TO AND THAT GUY PROBABLY DONT WANT HIS NAME OR NUMBER OUT THERE AND HAVE TO HEAR ANY STINK.

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

Email your Farm Bureau agent and tell him how much dollars in premiums he will lose if this bill because law and ask him to forward the email to Larry Wooten. I mailed mine and responed that he didn't want to lose my business and he forward my email to Larry Wooten with some comments. Mr. Wooten needs to hear about the business $$$$$$$$$$ he will being losing. I have two teenage drivers so he will lose alot of $$$'s.

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

Here is my bit on this mess. I read the letter Larry sent to his agents unless there is more to this bill than what he stated in that letter, we already have a rule or regulation or law for all the problems he stated. It is against the law to trespass on posted land. It is against the NWRC hunting rules and regulations to discharge a firearm onto or hunt on land that you don't have permission to do so on. If these landowner don't want someone on their land they can post it or register it with the wildlife comision. Saying that, my question is given the current condition of our country, WHY ARE OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS WASTING TIME ON THIS STUPIDITY INSTEAD OF DEVOTING THEIR EFFORTS TOWARDS SOMETHING THAT COULD HELP EVERYBODY?

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

AMEN JOEY!!!!! AMEN OUR COUNTRY IS FALLING APART AND OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS WASTING OUR TAX MONEY AGAIN!!!!!

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

BOTTOM LINE TELL FARM BUREAU NO NO NO IF YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR AGENT GOOD, IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL YOUR INS. GOOD, IF YOU NEED TO STICK WITH THEM AND VOTE NO TO MR WOOTON GREAT . JUST DONT LET IT SIT STILL FOR ANOTHER YEAR . HOPEING NC WELL. ROBBIE DAVIS WHISKEY CREEK

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

If I dont hear anything by next week, I'm switching companies myself. I have put in two emails earlier this week, and getting ready to send another. This one might not be to polite.

    Re: Farm Bureau-hear me out

SEEMS LIKE NCFB GAVE SOME LOYAL CUSTOMERS A SLAP IN THE FACE. I WOULDNT LET THEM INSURE MY SONS BIGGWHEEL MUCH LESS A HOUSE OR A DAG ON TRUCK! JUST MY OPINION.
