Not alot of info out there about the 252 series this year! What are the entry fees, registration times, casting times, raffles, breakfast,lunch, etc? Thanks!

RedMan - registration will start at 6:00 and cast at 8:00. Breakfast will be available. 50/50 Raffle, Prize raffle. Entry fee is $21 per dog and calcutta is $5. Lunch will include grill chicken/bbq, string beans, potatoes, bread and a drink.

Giving out #'s
• #'s for the series will be giving out starting at 6:00 pm on 12/1 thru 12/15 by John Bandy 252-567-0200
• After the 15th Each hunt will give out any additional numbers
• Embro will give out numbers for the 2 class HGA hunt

Point Series
• Each club will add $1 to the entry fee to fund the Point Series payout.
• Top 30 dogs will earn points from the 10 hunts
• Top 15 S&D in each class from Embro and sorted by points to get 1st – 30th
• Forks hunt will be the last hunt for the Points Series.
• Point Series will pay out the top 5 and will be awarded at the Championship Hunt
• Each Club will define a boundary for catching dogs and where to recast

Championship Hunt
• RedMan will host this year's Championship Hunt
• Top 30 dogs used in the Point Series qualify for the Championship Hunt
• #'s for the Championship Hunt will be given out at a later date.
• Championship hunt WILL NOT count in the Point Series.
• Championship hunt entry fee will be $30 where $10 per entry will pay to the top 5 dogs.

Payout for Point Series and Championship Hunt
• 1st place - 30%
• 2nd place - 25%
• 3rd place - 20%
• 4th place - 15%
• 5th place - 10%
