Ram Horn Hunt March 29th(Saturday)- FoxTale!!!!!!!
**LAST CHANCE TO GET NUMBERS BEFORE SATURDAY. WE ARE HAVING THE HUNT DESPITE THE RAIN.****
Rams' Horn Hunting Club will be holding its 4th Annual Field Trial at Fox Tale Fox Preserve in Hamilton NC on March 29th 2014. The hunt was advertised in the chase and will count as a TEST OF THE BEST HUNT.
-This will be a one class All Age Hunt.
-Trophies to the top 25 along with a classiest hound and best mouth. 1st through fifth place will also receive a bag of dog food. The club will also take one dollar from every entry fee and pay back to the first place dog.....so if we get 100 dogs the 1st place hound wins 100 dollars.
- We will also do a best pack again this year. Its 10 dollars to enter a pack of three dogs. The pack with the highest score will receive half pay back....so if theres 20 packs entered the winning pack gets 100 dollars.
-Cast will be at 6a.m. and we will run five hours.
-The Entry fee is 26 dollars per hound. We will also take one dollar of every entry fee and donate to the pen owners association and one dollar to the Sportsman Dog Association
-FREE Breakfast will be served and lunch can be purchased for five dollars a plate.
-We will also have a raffle for prizes and a fifty fifty raffle.
-Low Ten Outfitters will also be on site making custom decals, shirts liscense plates etc........
-NO club members will run in the hunt ................I have 20 plus judges lined up.
