C&M Puppy and Derby Hunt 10/12/13

Well we had a good day for our puppy and derby hunt at C&M on Saturday, Oct. 12th.
This was the last puppy & derby hunt for 2013. We hope to start back in January , 2014. We plan on having our hunt the same as this year on the 2nd Saturday of each month. We had a good turn out and some first time hunters. The cool weather had the young hounds eager to roll and that they did. We had 79 hounds and 4 hours of solid running. We want to thank the feed companies who have supported C&M and they are Mike Carr with Pride and Randy McGowen with Show Time Feed and Johnson Dog Supplies. I hope everyone will support these companies. I want to thank Tommy Carter for Mastering our hunt and all the judges who were as follows: Butch Howell, Brad Howell, Tommy Carter, Canon Ward, Dwayne Enzor, Ronnie Elliott, Curt Arnette, David Godwin,Chase Carter, Kevin Thompkins, and Matthew Hammond. I thank Danny Fowler for being our Bench Show Judge and Steven Fowler for serving as Ring Master. Thanks to all the kids for being so pleasant . I think they had a fun day. Thanks to my wife Hilda for entering scores and Lisa McShane for helping her and helping with lunch and all the extra duties. Thank you hunters for supporting C&M and hope to see all of you back in a couple of months.
