The Trenton field trial will be held Jan 19th at the Jones county civic center. Registration will be from 4:30 until 6:30. Breakfast and lunch will be served. This will be an HGA hunt with 25 Speed and drive 10 hunting and 5 trailing. The registration will be $25.00. This year we will also have a Best pack trophy. This trophy will be for nominating 3 hounds from the person or kennels registration sheet. The cost of nominating a pack will be $10.00. If you bring 4 hounds you can make up as many packs as possible. An example would be (1,2,3) or option 2 (2,3,4) or even option 3 (1,2,4) however you want. This will be based only on Speed and drive points. The speed and drive from the hounds will be totaled with the highest scoring pack having the distinction of having the best pack at the largest deer field trial in the state.
