Hi, I'm a weekend prospector that has spent plennty of time in the Yuba region. A couple of years ago, I was lucky enough to spend a couple of days with my 2" dredge on Kanaka Creek. Didn't get much, but that wasn't the creek's fault!
I'm just sluicing these days & would like to find a claim that I can work occasionally, preferrably on Kanaka or another known producer. I usually camp at Indian Valley or Washington & would be happy to pay a daily rate. (Believe me, you don't want a percentage of my daily take!)I'm also open to anyones advice on where a weekend warrior can legally sluice.
I'm clean & very respectful of other people's property & the river.
