Hellooooo...
My husband and I were married in June, and once we found out about FaerieCon we cancelled our Honeymoon plans and started counting down.. Now with only 12 days to go I thought I would say HI.
The great thing is I get to wear my wedding dress again.. Bad Faeries Ball WOOHOO..
We are so excited and can't wait to see all the beautiful costumes and meet all you wonderful people!!!!!

as one of the producers for faeriecon, this delights me to no end that such faraway lovers are heeding the call of this monumental gathering!
i will keep an eye out for you...i imagine you might be easy to spot!

Dress is very similar to this one - It has different sleves. Probably not as elaborate as you had imagined.

We are just so excited!!! We leave next Monday for NY and then go to Phili on the Thrusday. We will be there untill the 17th.
I spent the weekend attempting to make my faerie wings!
Brian is my favourite artist and we couldn't pass this up. Especially as it's the first.

Congrats and how WONDERFUL! Oct. 1st was my hubby's and my FIRST year anniversary and FaerieCon and the GoodFaeriesBall are our Anniversary gift to each other. I hope your wings are well rested for the weekend after such a loong flight ;)

I hope you enjoyed FaerieCon--I have the feeling I probably spotted you at some point as I rushed around and took photos of some of the great faeries present. Because this was a first-time celebration and you're freshly married, if you can e-me a photo of both you and your hubby's profiles, I'd be happy to cut a silhouette of you both and send them to you at your home for no charge.
I haven't had a chance to cut sils recently (and enjoy it a great deal) so if you two would like a little wedding gift from the "local" papercutter, I'd love to provide such a gift to you.
E-mail me if you'd like to know how to proceed. I hope you both enjoyed your time in the US and especially at the Con--safe journey home!

YAY.. WE just got home.. What a long time traveling!!
I jumped on to see if many people had posted about the Con.. I must say I'm a little dissapointed..
WOW.. What an amazing time!!! The Con was excellent.. we had so much fun.. We didn't initially think that we could spend three whole days looking.. But my god we did!! We met so many wonderful people and characters and artists. I've already planted the seed for next years ;) But, I may be wishfully thinking.
All of the organisers need a massive round of applause! We were spellbound by everything. The only thing that I think would benefit next years is food and drinks at the venue, although I did enjoy walking around the city dressed as a Faery!!
I had Brian sign my Goblin back tattoo as well and have now had is signature proudly inked onto my back!
FaerieCon has left us with many memories that will last forever!
We spent 7 days in Phili.. and I fell in love with it! 
Shannon I would be honored to take you up on your offer.. However, I am in Aus and would happily pay the postage! I'm not sure how to email you though.. So here is my email addy - vampyric_mistress@hotmail.com

thanks for the kind words about our production, much appreciated...
our official photographer has not yet landed at home to process all th ephotos, she is still flitting about somewhere in new york....she said three weeks, and it's been one week, so i guess we have about two more weeks to await the epic gallery.
she is an incredible photographer who has been capturing the spirit of our events for years...she's at www.pixievisionproductions.com.
we'll post the official galleries at the website as soon as they're done....
also if you click on the button that says "online community", right above the general forum button, it will take you to the faerieworlds tribe which seems to have alot more faeriecon talk than this forum lately...
