bi weekly blog
wow where is everyone, oh i forgot, haweaters hibernate and off islanders. not me, well one month till opening up for the season, cant wait, april is one of my favorite months as i get out the big rod, fishing that is, i love to fish rainbow, best week i have found is fourth week of april ,fave spots are manitowaning bay or at the west end of the island, at evansville bridge. plus one of my hotspots, at cooks bay docks, use worms or a bit of shrimp, bring shrimp sauce if the bows are not biting. hope the is is off, as best fishing for bows is as soon as ice retreats from shore. and thats the end of my story, for now |
