a place to hunt sat for blackpowder season in eastern nc will pay!!$$$$$$
I was wondering if anybody in eastern nc has some farm land that they would let me and my fiance' hunt? We just want to shoot a doe and could pay around $50 We just want to shoot a doe and Im dying to put her on one, Im in a hunting club but its a dog hunting club and isnt very good still hunting, I would be intrested in beaufort,jones,lenoir,craven county areas,please let me know,Ive been hunting my whole life and we both have hunters safety and are safe and ethical hunters,thank you Robb BAD COMPANY KENNELS

Just because you are in a dog running club dont mean you cant shoot a deer there during blackpowder. I hunt with dogs, an still hunt too, an I have found over the years, an killed nice bucks durning the week of blackpowder that the deer are not as spook as they are after the first week of rifle season. Best time to kill a nice buck, besides during the middle of the rut is during bow season and blackpowder. If you really wanted to kill something this Saturday you should have been in the woods looking around for sign, because cool weather is what drive bucks into rut, and this cool weather we been havein at night has already drivein some of the young buck into sparring, that I have seen, so if you do your homework and do some looking around in your hunting club you would be suprise of what you might find. Simple answer for that Kyle...he's looking in Beaufort, Jones, Lenoir and Craven Counties. I dont hunt or know any landowners in those Counties

kyle i was just down in elzisbeth city wed went by new hope ended up at water front where i had bussiness...they got so much land you would have to have a cannon to reach a deer in them fields..... |

Oh Ok I see... its fine as long as hes not buying hunts in your back yard. I'm sorry if you don't agree with me, but 99% of people that sell still hunts are not dog hunter friendly. I'd rather that we as a group of dog hunters not support them. Kyle Stotesberry 252-809-9124 |

If he was willing to drive all the way to Eliz City area, I would help him out and let his fiance shoot one of 10,000 does around here...free of charge. I dont see it as a hound/still hunting issue. He didn't post that he was willing to pay $15 acre for hunting land. I see it as helping someone out. I may be wrong but, I assume his fiance has never shot a deer and he is trying to get her on one. |

I agree with kyle for once. You took the words right out of my mouth. That's what's going on right now with all the weyerhouser land, you got a bunch of fake city boy hunters that want to come down east from the peidmont and turn our pulpwoods into the triple 7 like texas. It makes my stomach turn and knot up. Take her to the game lands or join a hunting club like the rest of us. We got to be careful who we let on the land down here. Its is just like every thing else when money gets involved it goes to hell in a handbasket. Leave up to a bunch of tree sitters and they will find a way ruin our great traditions in the east. |

DAVID WELL SAID. I HAVE BEEN IN A CLUB NEARLY ALL MY LIFE. THERE USED TO BE PLENTY OF DOG RUNNING IN THIS CLUB BUT OVER THE PAST 4 TO 6 YEARS THERE ARE ONLY A FEW THAT EVEN HAVE ANY DOGS. CLUB HAS STARTED TAKING MOSTLY STILL HUNTERS IN, THE PROBLEM IS THEY GO AND CUT STREAKS ON WEYERHOUSER LAND SIT UP GROUND BLINDS AND THEN TREE STANDS.GETTING TO BE A BAD SITUATION .IF DOGS COME IN THERE RUNNING A DEER YOU HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHERE TO SHOOT TO BE SAFE. SO ENOUGH SAID . EVERY BODY HAVE A SAFE HUNITING SEASON. |

kyle dont worry me and my boss man have plenty of land for you to hunt.about 29 thousand acres. and ill let this man hunt a doe for 50 dallors and if his wife of he kills a buck ill charge an extra fee of 200 dallors. the way see it he is in a hunting club why does he need to come and hunt other peoples land. lets see how much money he really has. 661-2001. call me and i have plenty of stands for you to get in you and your wife. |
