Savannah 2-Day Derby Canceled
The annual Fall Derby scheduled for next weekend at Savannah has been canceled. Thanks to everyone who got numbers. Please tell anyone who may not read this. We still plan to have the 3 Day in December. Pen will be aggressively restocked and we will be ready. Thanks again, Savannah Fox Preserve

Hey Stephen!! There is problem with the game buddy ran there sat. night saw greys reds and deer slippin while the dogs were runnen in "6" differnt spots!!!!

Thanks Cody. I've known all along there was no problem with the game, but I can't convince the kindergartners of it. The date for the 3-Day is somewhere around the weekend or two before Christmas. We had debated doing it the weekend after New Year's but you can only hold one associated hunt a year and that would have messed us up for next year. We'll be adding game all along as we can get it. Foxes. No large scale coyote stocking but if one comes along we'll probably put him in there. When you make a commitment to your supplier, you take what he's got or he goes somewhere else. I don't get on here much anymore. If anybody has any questions you can call me at 252-560-1632. I will post the dates for the 3-Day when we firm it up. Thanks

Stephen i dont know you but just my 2 cents i drive 2.5 hrs at least twice a month to run in a 100ac pen with the most 3 reds i would bet 2..i have done this for a long time...takes bout a hr to hear a couple open a little and then few minutes later 4 to 5 hr race....i was wanting to come to a hunt there so my dogs which have a little bit of speed but alot of hunt could have done well...dont flood it ..the real hounds would have found there way there... D |

Agree with David, don't flood it Stephen. Interested in making this hunt, make the dogs earn their hunting and trailing scores. |

it amazes me how they complaine at creedmore you cant get a hunting score .. wrong i have gotton alot.now its not enough speed and drive at this pen..maybe the problem isnt the pen or the dogs????????????  before i get jumped on this is only my thoughts and a little age...and i can assure im not a quialifed expert
