Go to the writing tips on this site. In addition, for a 7.0 in writing you should:
1. answer the questions clearly and within the word limit. The ideas do not need to be amazing, just clear.
2. use suitable linking words and phrases which you will find in any IELTS book.
3. make very few grammar mistakes.
Don't try to impress by being over formal, just keep it controlled and clear and you'll be fine.
