Message:   Sorry! Bit late...but, for the introduction, you need 2 sentences.
Sentence 1 should be a general statement and sentence 2 can be your opinion.
e.g." Nuclear power has long been a source of energy in a number of countries around the world. However, nuclear power is not a safe form of energy"

For the conclusion, just state your opinion.
e.g. "In concusion, as a form of energy, nuclear power is not safe."

This may seem simple compared to your language, but my students consistently achieve 6.0, 7.0 and even 8.0 with this style. The body is what the examiners really worry about!
