Message:		Julie, I'm fairly certain that the ticket offer starts at 6.3opm. I'm just guessing, but I wouldn't be surprised if the offer was introduced by Northern when they won the franchise - after all, it wouldn't have made sense for Arriva Trains to offer a cheaper ticket than Arriva Buses, would it?!!!!
