Message:		It appears that Northern doen't promote this on it's web site. Details were foudn for me on the National Rail site: http://www.nationalrail.co.uk/times_fares/promotions/pr93b93d0a04000201c77ef6a7ff0503/details.html So, it's only available between stations between Hexham and Newcastle, and it's a "permanent" offfer....
