If you wanna be shredded do not eat carbs in your last 2 meals, do not use salt, count your calories, do cardio in the morning if possible. Eat plenty of protein- chicken, lean beef, protein shakes, egg whites and good carbs (read about IG level)such as I do not know how is it in english- "wild" rice |
