Hello people, i really want to cut up for the summer but dont want to lose any muscle if possible. Anyone got any ideas on what diet to follow?my manager at the gym i work at said to cut bread out completely, any thoughts on this?for carbs im having pasta, rice, cous cous and thats all.Im not fat, my abbs are still visable but i want to be ripped for the summer,and also any1 know any good products to cut up on?any help will be great |
