Hello people, i really want to cut up for the summer but dont want to lose any muscle if possible. Anyone got any ideas on what diet to follow?my manager at the gym i work at said to cut bread out completely, any thoughts on this?for carbs im having pasta, rice, cous cous and thats all.Im not fat, my abbs are still visable but i want to be ripped for the summer,and also any1 know any good products to cut up on?any help will be great
i train and work at altered images gym in england but i have been to dorians temple gym where i met him and watched him train, tht was great.id love to live in america,it looks such a great place to live.is it?
America (u.s.) is a pretty good place to live overall...it really depends WHERE here though. Some places are terrible here because of other people that live there while other places are wonderful all the time it seems no matter what. It's very diverse, you can live in practically any climate you choose or around any type of culture you'd like.
sounds great that does, i think it looks amazing and i plan to live there myself one day hopefully. my moms cousin lives in oregan but did live in seattle.i think its amazing.cheers anyway mike.
If you wanna be shredded do not eat carbs in your last 2 meals, do not use salt, count your calories, do cardio in the morning if possible. Eat plenty of protein- chicken, lean beef, protein shakes, egg whites and good carbs (read about IG level)such as I do not know how is it in english- "wild" rice

how r u ... listen about cutting first of all u should use a high protein, low carbs and fat diet .... focus on protein .... about your carbs sources don't eat bread as your trainer said and u have to stop eating pasta .. eat instead of pasta Oatmeal it's better and rich of vitamin and minerals .... and if u need a supplement for target the fat u can use clenbuterol or ephidren ... or use instead of these steroids carnitine, yohimbine and forskolin as the following:
carnitine : 1 to 3 g with breakfast, pre-workout meals and night time meals.
yohimine: 2 to 10 mg three times a day, one does 30 min before workout or there is a liquid yohimbine u can use one or two drop under your tongue before workout.
forskolin: 20 to 50 mg 2 to 3 times daily before meals.
and your muscle will become shredded and u will see your abs ... as i told u u have to focus on protein because protein the only thing which build muscle .
