Gents Sec is flattered by the comments and would have come on to thank you personally, however her IP has been blocked, must have been all those contentious posts she made!

It's alright to make remarks about Hillsborough tho! Get a grip whoever is supposed to police this forum!

The Hillsborough comment was on the thread about Liverpool being knocked out of the Champions league.

I don't think Gents Sec has made any posts that would lead to a ban, unless maybe someone was upset by her comment on the Ipplepen thread where she stated that if they's played with 10 men it would have shown they had balls.

In a comment off Your IP address it said 2 things about the Kit comp.
It costs money to run a forum to stop all the pop ups which I pay for, so when a company offers to pay for that for putting up a banner I got annoyed.
I met one of the lads who works there a few weeks ago at a game and it worked from there i didnt want it messed up in 24 hours

Like I said, i went off the IP address,which is the guideline for banning people, If i banned a name they would just use another one!
As soon as I heard it was Gents Sec I unblocked it as she has been one of the Nicest on the forum.
I dont want to go along the lines of putting IP addresses on the site or registering as I think the best thing about this site is people can give there opinions in cogneto

bearing in mind of course that some isp's give an Ip to a whole area so several people could have the same isp

I'm an aol customer and we all share the same IP address (apparently)so when you got that IP address it meant it was an aol customer. This can be confimred by the fact that when i was blocked, Ant couldn't log on and nor could another aol user. Just for the record those comments weren't made by me. As you're quite right webmaster I am nice!

This is the trouble with using IP address as a point of reference.

Alternatively, those wishing to post rubbish can use programmes which disguise or change their address.

The most effective way in my view is to remove the posts as soon as possible, that way the idiots may get fed up and look for something else to occupy their minds.
