Hi Juicy, The photos look great. It's quite refreshing to see a minimal set-up on the stage, it's almost how it would have looked in the sixties. A small drum kit, and just a couple of amps. Fantastic. In the 'red' pictures of yourself, you remind me of Stina Nordenstam. Who, I hear you say !! I love the photo of Astrid, Stu & Klaus, that has always been a favourite of mine. Funny enough, my first band that played all my own songs was called 'Exis', after the Exis movement. Out of curiosity, how many people attended the gig ? Take care. Marky xxx |

Hey Sparky Marky! Glad you enjoyed the pictures, some of them are Ok I guess, but I enjoy taking them and that's the main thing It's brill at the Jac, and I think that is because everyone 'chips' in. Honestly, some of our lovely guests brought stacks of stuff with them for the raffle and auction and thank fully I think most of them won at least something in the raffle. You are right about the set up looking authentic, I think the only difference was in the sixties there was no stage at all and the crowd actually danced 'around' the bands. Stina Nordenstam eh? Wow. Have you been to Specsavers lately? The picture of Stu, Astrid and Klaus is the front of the ciggie machine believe it or not! I am not sure exactly how many people attended but at a rough guess about 50, maybe more. All the same, it filled the basement up! I really hope you can get to one of our events next year - if ya do I'll buy you a beer!! Hugs XXX |
