We're Having a Potluck and Making a WC Cookbook!
Hi everyone. The Womyn's Circle is having a very special potluck next Tuesday, November 6th thanks to Ambitious Angie's fabulous idea. The Womyn's Circle will be making a cookbook!! Instructions are below. Please take a moment to read them and feel free to let Emily, Angie or me know if you have any questions. ******WHO CAN ATTEND NEXT WEEK?******* Everyone! - Do you like to cook, but have never been to the Womyn's Circle? No problem. Share your dish and recipe with us, meet some fabulous women and make some new friends! - Don't have a recipe or are you not a cook? No problem. Come anyway. Bring a snack to share and enjoy the delicious food and delightful company. - Do you have a recipe, but have no time to make it? That's okay. Bring the recipe and we'll put it in the cookbook without a picture. - Do you have a recipe and the time to make it? We look forward to tasting it Tuesday night. *******INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE 11/6 WOMYN'S CIRCLE MEETING******* 1. Make a dish and bring it to The Center next Tuesdsay, November 6th at 7 p.m. It can be a main dish, side dish, appetizer, dessert, whatever you like. 2. Type or neatly write the recipe. Include baking or cooking instructions. 3. Name your recipe. Be as creative as you like. If you would like credit for your recipe, include your name so we can let people know who contributed the recipe to our cookbook. 4. If you have a special story behind the recipe, you are invited to share it with us next Tuesday night. We will take pictures of each dish on Tuesday night. Then later, Angie and Emily will take your recipe instructions, pictures and make a little booklet out of it. Upon completion, we'll have one booklet for anyone who wants a copy.
