Coaching
Some of you would have heard from Steve last night (or i saw you later in the evening!) that i'm not going to be able to be at the coaching sessions for the rest of the year, this is due to me having an opportunity to take a Masters Degree, paid for by my employers, saving me aroung ?4K! Unfortunately my lectures fall for this seimester on a Wednesday, and i need to complete the core elements, however i will be keeping a close eye on you all via the excellent website, and visits later on a Wed night for the other part of training! and of course over some races. I would encourage you all to continue with the interval/hill based sessions that we've completed over the past 10 months, you CAN do these without me shouting at you!! as these have helped you to become stronger/faster athletes as your times are proving. I want to thank you for your enthusiasm towards these sessions, keep trianing and GOOD LUCK! |
