Greedy Operators

I see 3 of the greedy operators off 16 have now been allowed to train on 17. This is purely to get more overtime.

This is a totally pointless excercise, as job cuts are likely when the new Leg 4 goes in.

Whatever happened to commonsense and why is the union allowing these people to do this?

Re: Greedy Operators

I heard that they tried to do the same on 19 but got knocked back.

Why aren't 17 doing the same?

Re: Greedy Operators

even if they do train up there chances of being asked for overtime are virtually nil as they will be bottom of an already long rota ,so its completely pointless.they might think theyre being clever by doing this but theyre just wasteing there own time and everyone elses.
cheesed off!!!!!

Re: Greedy Operators

Probably Shorty or Quiffy has let them do that just to keep in with the operators.
I am surprised the fat one with the glasses off afternoons hasn't kicked off about that

I wonder which shop steward nodded that one through?

Re: Greedy Operators

I wonder will the upgrades be affected by the Premier cutbacks?

Maybe they've already ordered the machinery but it will definitely affect jobs/
