I am also looking for horse related patterns, specificaly crocheted fly bonnets. horsedodads.com has a couple patterns, (two fly net and one string net) but they aren't particulary reader friendly...they could have been written better, yarn weights and guage leave something to be desired if you try and use different materials than the one she used...(she only listed a Mohair blend for one yarn, not a brand or weight ie, ww, sport weight etc. It took a lot of playing around with to get the pattern to work. I may try and write my own as I had miniature donkeys and the likely hood of getting something to fit well is low.... kw |
