stroke
I have krukenbergs, had it for about 3 -4 years, I also suffer from aura migraines, I read on a web site that these type of migraines can increase your risk of stroke? Does anyone know if this is true.

My understanding is that this is true but it is a small increase in relative risk (especially compared to other modifiable risk factors). If you have any other risk factors for stroke they would be more important to deal with in most instances. Although your GP should be bear it in mind when they deciding on treat/don't treat questions. David |
