Boston Marathon 2008 for Patient Care at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary
I was diagnosed with pigment dispersion syndrome, and for several years now I've been a patient at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary (MEEI) in Boston, one of the world's top sites for patient care and research. In an effort to give something back, I’m going to run the 2008 Boston Marathon (April 21). My goal is to raise $3,000 (or even more) for patient care, especially in Glaucoma Services. Please cheer me on while I train for and run this historic race! And, if you can, please consider making a donation to this worthy cause and great institution. Please consider a donation of $26 (a dollar per mile), $50, or more! Even giving 10 or 20 dollars will help me reach the $3,000 goal. To make a Tax Deductible donation, please visit: http://www.firstgiving.com/jasonemsley If you would rather send a check, please make your donation out to “Foundation of MEEI”, and put my name in the memo section of the check. I’ll be collecting checks and will deliver these directly to the Development Office at MEEI. Please mail checks to: Dr. Jason Emsley, Department of Neurosurgery, Massachusetts General Hospital, EDR 410, 50 Blossom Street, Boston, MA USA 02114 Thanks VERY much for your support!!! It means a lot to me (and I know it means a lot to the patients at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary). Best wishes, Jason P.S. Please forward this message to anyone who you think might want to donate too! http://www.firstgiving.com/jasonemsley http://www.meei.harvard.edu |
