I am a Spindler !
First off, Thanks to Tracy for her http://www.krukenbergs-spindle.co.uk/ site ! :) I will edit Tracy's health history ( http://www.krukenbergs-spindle.co.uk/About_Me.htm )and make it mine. They are oddly similar. Eye colour: Hazel I am slightly myopic - I wear glasses for driving and watching the television. Diagnosed with Krukenberg's Spindle in 2006. Eye pressure was slightly elevated, in one eye more than the other. I am taking no drops. I am not aware of any other member of my family having Krukenberg's Spindle or Pigment Dispersion Syndrome. Although my mom has elevated IOPs. Other things about me that probably have no direct bearing on KS, but may correspond with others that have it also: I had asthma as a child, but it's OK now, my son has asthma, I have atopic skin. Noticed 'floaters' in eyes since a teenager; I occasionally suffer from eczema I used to suffer from travel-sickness as a child (same gene as asthma)(me too Tracy) I dont fancy bananas; My blood pressure has always been fairly average. I don't smoke Most things make my skin erupt in a red, itchy rash, especially plants, etc. My blood group is A Rh-ve I am healthy other than my Spindles :) |
