3 Extremely Awesome Game Proposals for the Weekend of the 26th
I have 3 extremely awesome games ready for us to play this weekend, and I'd like to know who's the most excited about what. Game the First: Diplomacy. We've all played diplomacy. Amy will be there, so we will indeed have 7 players. Game the Second: Superspy RPG. Using the d20 modern system, they players will all be awesome spies doing wicked cool stuff. Think about a character concept-just remember to make it awesome. Game the Third: Nomic. What is nomic you ask? There are many different versions. This is the rule set I found. (written here is the entire game, cover to cover) The Rules: -Players take turns proposing changes to the rules. -All other players vote on rules changes, each casting d6 votes. -A simple majority enacts the new rule. -Play proceeds to the left. These rules seem extremely Spartan, indeed there isn't even criteria for winning. The point is the entire game comes into being as it is played. Game play can last from minutes to years. Several nomic games have expanded into pseudo-nations. I figure Joel will enjoy it because it's essentially a bureaucracy game. The trick is to treat the rules literally. You can propose any new rule you want. Absolutely anything. Even change the existing rules. So those are the top 3 games scheduled for the weekend. |

Proposals accepted
You properly dictated the game proposals in question in the expected fashion. Therefore, the council will now consider your submissions. I for D6 opinions think this is a great idea. We can do all three. I'll clear my schedule in preparation.

thats totally awesome... I have only one thing to say: It has been too long. Too long have I been without the awesome. I've had to make due with less than awesome proportions. It has been sad... I can't wait till Summer, because that means I get to hang out with you guys All the Time!! If you're staying up in Sac, I might have to consider spending a week up there, because its simply been too long. I can't wait... 'cause this'll be the only thing keeping me sane. |

Speaking of awesome...
Did you ever pay me back that $20 worth of awesome? Anyways. It appears I won't be in summer school if that's what you mean. I'll probably go back to Dublin for a while. I don't know what I'm going to do for work, but hopefully something minimal. I'd like to just paint and hang out the whole time.
