December
News flash- No meetings are planned until after December. Life is just holy hell in a handbag until then. We will be having our traditional Amazing Super-New Years ******************** Party on the 31st-Jan 1st. That will probably be fun. Until then I recommend that you get some painting done. There's a mild possibility of some kind of something we could do on Friday 23rd. Some kind of DL Christmas special. If we plan it right we could pull it off, but naturally I'll be at work until 7 or something... very likely longer. We could actually do something on any day of that week, but I wouldnt be able to make it until after work (sigh). If you want to do a DL Christmas Special let me know here and mabye we can make it start earlier and I'll just show up late. Andy had the idea to use those cutsey christmas villages everyone's mother has as terrain. That's all, think and discuss. -Merry Retail Christmas

Re: December
It's mandatory that we hold the Doomed Legion Christmas Classic-athon, preferrably before christmas. I reccomend the weekend of the 16th through 18th. We also have to get movies to watch at it. If Joel can't go and the rest of us can, we may have to ditch him. If we want to have a DL meeting before christmas, we can do it any day after the 16th. All the terrain and stuff are at my house, so we should have it here. |

Re: Re: December
You know, I probably have this wrong, but for some reason I always though of your parents as being against the whole Doomed Legion thing... I dunno, I probably heard that once, and from then on was somehow uncomfortable... But either way, I like the idea of a DL meeting on the 16th through 18th, so lets do it! As for Joel's possible unfortunate dissapearance, we'll just have to do without him. I'll bring my minis (all of them) and the video games! (as many as possible) And I may need a pickup because I'm not bringing that all on Bart! That would include.... Regular Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Game Cube, NDS, and if possible, my computer! (Perhapse I could forgoe the whole NES, and SNES thing if I bring the comp, providing everyone has their own USB controller...) Oh well, I'm about to be late for class, so I want to postpone my tardiness for now... See the Latre --Sam the Unsound! |

Re: Re: Re: December
Please, oh please, Sam, don't bring all that stuff to my house. All we're doing is a regular DL meeting, so just bring models. If we have an unquenchable desire to play video games for some reason, i have my xbox. Also, someone call Brandon for the love of pete |

Re: Re: Re: Re: December
you see, I thought by this you meant it was going to be a 3 day event from the 16th through to the 18th. And for that kind of thing it would make sense to bring that much stuff. Maybe... or maybe not... either way, it might have. But being as how its just a regular meeting that could fall between the 16th and 18th, thats different. I'll just bring my models and any christmas gifts I have for you guys. ok, consider it Done! Now! As for when... When will the Christmas Classic-Athon be? I need to know! I also need to know when this DL meeting is, because without this precious knowledge I would be lost. Also I was going to visit Ben sometime this weekend, and I think I may have to not go to the DL meeting in order to properly visit Ben. (head there sunday, come back monday/Tuesday) And doing that, I think if there's a DL meeting some other day, it would be cool. If I don't have to worry about BART, I could stay later too. (I have a key to my moms place, so I could potentially stay there for one day... anyway... I usually have been staying up till like, 4:00am lately. (Not good) I wanted to see Sunrises, but thats ridiculous. Oh well... so, right! Thats that, I'll talk later! |
